To keep our prices low amid rising labor costs & tight labor market, we are unable to provide any customer support such as makeups, schedule changes, billing questions over the phone. We simply do not have the manpower to answer phone calls. All requests must be received via email to the center email firstname.lastname@example.org. This creates a support ticket which one of our managers will respond and resolve your issue. Emails to manager's emails or other emails will delay your response. Thank you for your understanding.
